Project Objectives:
​
CO-3 Downtown Living proposes a 10-year plan for downtown Seattle, aligning with city and county visions.
​
Phase 1 introduces mixed-income housing with amenities and transit integration.
​
Phase 2 offers affordable co-op and transitional housing near transit and community spaces.
​
Phase 3 repurposes existing structures for medical and entrepreneurial purposes. CO-3 Housing 2 adds
mixed-use residences and amenities, enhancing neighborhood life.
The final phase focuses on cultural preservation, transforming historic buildings into educational hubs. Overall, CO-3 aims to create a sustainable, inclusive, and culturally rich urban center.
