Project Objectives:

The Premabhai Hall project in Ahmedabad combines three public spaces with an adaptive reuse approach. It maximizes floor space by utilizing a vertical truss girder system, creating a clear floor plate.

A suspended glass tunnel connects two levels for the Heritage Museum, while pre-stressed wooden beams inside the proscenium enable the Pole-play theatre.

Bhadra bazaars integrate on the building’s sides, with an external facade of interconnected concrete pipes suspended by girders, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics.
The design juxtaposes aesthetic elements with assembly concepts, harmonizing with the homogeneous concrete architecture.
